Gather with kids of all ages for a fun afternoon! We will provide games and puzzles, but feel free to bring your favorites. Enjoy a homemade ice cream sandwich while you're here as well!

At Refuah Holistic Health we talk about establishing good foundations for your health.
In this class we will talk about how getting movement on a regular basis will help you to improve:
*Blood Pressure *Blood Sugar *Sleep *Weight *Hormone Balance *Sex Drive *Circulation *Energy *Joint Mobility *Pain and more

Heather Kizewski will be sharing about how she has been able to conquer the battle with motivation, exhaustion and boring routines.  She will share opportunities to connect with her and others where she will be introducing some of her methods and movements in both class-style and one on one settings.

The 1 hour Presentation is free to attend and you will leave equipped with information, motivation and tools to embark on your own movement journey NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE STARTING FROM!

6 week Art Class
for Homeschoolers

Single student - $125
Siblings - $95

Tuesdays, October 28th - December 16th

12:00 -1:30pm

In this class students will explore different painting mediums. The first 2 weeks we will be focused on watercolor, creating a color wheel and painting from observation. We will take 4 weeks to study acrylic. Students will paint a landscape Bob Ross style with a pallet knife. Their final painting will be a bird of choice.

 

 

All paint, canvases, and paper will be supplied. Students enrolling in the class will need an art shirt or apron, sketch book, pencil and brushes. Brushes can be purchased at Walmart. A link for brushes will be sent to family's enrolling.
