We can accommodate two clients at a time.
A relaxing foot bath utilizing negative ions to bring the body back into balance and assist with internal body cleansing. The ions produced by the ion foot detox machine are transported throughout the body by the circulatory and lymphatic systems, energizing and stimulating the organs to function optimally, allowing the body to rid itself of toxins (heavy metals, chemicals, inflammation, etc.) during the therapy and through its normal processes of urination, defecation, and perspiration.

Like many functional practitioners, Katie entered the natural health world because she had a health problem that conventional medicine was unable to solve in 2000.
Once she experienced how much more quickly and effectively herbs, vitamins and nutrition was able to help with recovery from Mononucleosis, she began seeking natural help for every health issue from adrenal fatigue to flu, nausea and headaches.
In 2016 Katie was certified as an IN.Form Coach by Nature’s Sunshine. IN.Form is a holistic program where participants have great improvements in key health indicators already in the healthy range, such as triglycerides, LDL cholesterol, total cholesterol and insulin levels by making lifestyle, diet and supplemental changes. Over 25 years, Katie has used natural modalities with a specific passion for medicinal herbs for herself and her family, launching her own line of herbal tinctures, and formulas, Manna Herbals LLC, in 2021. Katie enjoys teaching and empowering others to “take their health into their own hands” through herb walks and topical classes at her shop, Refuah, in Rosholt, WI. In 2024 Katie completed the CNHP certification and is working on completing the Naturopath certification. She uses a variety of modalities during a Holistic Assessment to help triangulate cause and help get to the root of the problem.

Initial Consultation

Includes the consultation and recommended therapy at the first appointment, in addition to a personalized Bach Flower remedy.

At our initial consultation, we will have a lengthy discussion about lifestyle, diet, and emotional wellness. Our methods used during the consult may include pH readings, physical observations of the face, body, and iris, along with Muscle Response Testing to triangulate cause and gather as much information as possible. Our hope is that you leave starting to feel better than when you came in!
A follow up appointment is recommended where we will check progress, make adjustments to supplementation and assess next steps towards whole health and healing!
